KABTech's unique Barrier Rail design is engineered for strength and durability at an affordable price. All Barrier Rails are constructed of high-strength ASTM A-36 structural steel, providing the added safety that cold-rolled steel products simply can't deliver. Posts are 6" x 6" or 4" x 4" structural steel tube on a 10" x 10" base plate. The Barrier Rail is designed to protect against a 10,000 lb. load at 4 mph. For added protection, all posts also come with protective plastic caps to eliminate sharp edges. Installation Ease Every Barrier Rail system comes with easy to read instructions and all the mounting hardware you need to get the job done right. Universal posts make installation by your plant personnel a snap. Or KABTech can provide factory-trained installers. Modular Components Layout Flexibility The modular design makes it easy to configure Barrier Rail to your space. Standardized components can be arranged in any direction and rail lengths can be cut down should your space requirements change in the future. High Visibility Finish Barrier Rail's bright safety yellow paint is easy to see and provides a visual alert to forklift and equipment Lift-Out Rail Options Specify lift-out rails for easy drive-through access to equipment or machinery on the other side of your Barrier Rail. Other Options Posts can also be outfitted with flared end attachments to deflect head-on impacts. Base plates can be offset on the posts for aisle ends or openings in the rail at no additional cost. |
